How to get the best out of your Concealer No.2: To brighten the eyes and correct dark circles under the eyes; Use a shadow brush, apply directly under the eye on the very inner corner and the inner top of the eye lid - don’t extend the brush. Please Note: If you have dark circles under the eye then apply using a shadow brush to that specific area only – it is not necessary to extend the colour. |
